Return & Refund Policy
We have a 3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Please note: we do not accept returns of the physical product. Instead, we encourage customers to consider donating any unwanted items.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll make it right as soon as possible.
Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges
We do not process exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your refund request is approved and the item is reviewed (if needed), we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
